JR EAST Welcome Rail Pass 2020 - Great opportunity for foreign people to travel

Great news from JR East for people holding a foreign passport. The limited discount offer of railway pass - JR EAST Welcome Rail Pass 2020 allows people to travel around Tokyo, Shinetsu, Tohoku areas in consecutive 3 days by Shinkansen and local trains.  
For example, if you are a ski lover, you can enjoy powder snow in Yamagata. Also, you can travel far to Aomori to enjoy a relaxing time in a hot spring.
