Report 2: Visit of the Czech Republic in June 2015, report from the meetings.

Meeting at the Foreign Department, Czech Chamber of Commerce in Prague
Mr. Watanabe and Mr. Nomoto made appointment with Ms. Tycova, Project Manager of Foreign Department at Czech Chamber of Commerce in Prague. During the meeting she introduced us Mr. Talafus, Deputy Director of Foreign Department at Czech Chamber of Commerce. With Ms. Tycova we discussed possible cooperation between CCCIJ and Czech Chamber of Commerce in many ways. We asked for support for our future activities, especially for organizing business seminar in Czech Republic. Czech Chamber of Commerce can support us from inviting members, sending informations in newsletter and promote the event.

Visit of Czech Parliament in Prague and short meeting with Mr. Schwarzenberg
In the May 2015 during official visit in Japan by Delegation from the Czech Parliament leaded by Mr. Schwarzenberg the members kindly invited us to visit Parliament in Prague during our business trip in the Czech Republic. We made appointment with Mr. Schwarzenberg for official visit. Mr. Watanabe, Chairman and Mr. Nomoto Vice Chairman shortly visited Mr. Schwarzenberg for greetings and discussion regarding future activities of CCCIJ.
Visit of Export Festival of Czech Products in Prague
Meeting with Mr. Hrdlicka, Head of Foreign Affairs, Brno Regional Chamber
of Commerce:
During Export Festival of Czech Products in Prague where Chairman Mr. Watanabe and Vice Chairman Mr. Nomoto visited, we has appointment with Mr. Oto Hrdlicka, Head of Foreign Affairs, Brno Regional Chamber of Commerce. ZONER software a.s. the ZONER’s Headquarters is also located in Brno. We discussed cooperation between CCCIJ and Brno Regional Chamber of Commerce. We discussed organizing of Business seminar in Brno, for Brno companies. Chamber in Brno can support CCCIJ with promotion of the event, newsletter sending and inviting their members. Chamber in Brno can support our event also by technical equipment, so it can be very helpful for CCCIJ in the future.

Export Festival of Czech Products: Meeting with Mr. Trojna, CEO of the Czech Royal Beer Brand.
Meeting with Mr. Trojna has very good and friendly atmosphere. Czech Royal Beer company become Member of the Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan. Welcome on the board!
Meeting at the Brno Regional Chamber of Commerce in Brno City.

In the Brno City Mr. Watanabe met CEO of the Brno Regional Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Cenek Absolon, and also his colleague Mr. Hrdlicka, Head of Foreign Affairs and discussed in details cooperation and partnership. Mr. Absolon is the new Chairman of Brno Regional Chamber with many ideas and pro-active thinking. We discussed also about pre-links to our websites and planning to organize Business Seminar also in Brno for local companies. CCCIJ can get also support by ZONER software in Brno.
