CCCIJ - Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan will hold the "7th Annual General Meeting 2021 - ONLINE" from 18:00 - 18:50 (JST) on March 30, 2021.
The AGM is held once a year and it is the most important event for our Chamber. This is a great opportunity for members to learn more about us and our activities.

PROXY DECLARATION:
If you are unable to attend the 7th AGM 2021, you may appoint a proxy by submitting the proxy form to CCCIJ secretariat by email.

IMPORTANT:
In case the number of attendees/proxy does not reach a necessary number for the approval of proposed agendas after closing the registration on March 16, we will change the procedure of holding AGM 2021 from the online meeting to e-mail communication.
The final announcement about the way of holding AGM will be sent to members by March 23, which is one week before the AGM day.
