CCCIJ - Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan will hold the "11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 " from 17:15 - 18:00 (registration 17:00) on March 13, 2025. Czech Cuisine Dinner will be held after the AGM.
The AGM is held once a year and it is the most important event for our Chamber. This is a great opportunity for members to learn more about us and our activities. We hope to see you on AGM day.

*AGM2025 can attend ONLY CCCIJ members (with paid annual Membership Corporate/Individual Fee 2025 or Honorary members).

General Membership Meeting 17:15-18:00 (Registration from 17:00)
Czech Cuisine Dinner 18:00-20:00
Place: Czech Restaurant Pilny Pijak Tokyo (2-16-47 Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo)

Annual General Meeting: Free of charge (CCCIJ members only)
Dinner Fee: 2,500 yen (Czech Cuisine Course) + drinks
* Czech Cuisine Dinner fee will be paid at the restaurant by each member separately.
For members ONLY:
- Attending both, the Annual General Meeting and Dinner (AGM: free / Dinner: 2,500 yen + drinks)
- Attending only the Annual General Meeting (AGM: free)
- Attending only Czech Cuisine Dinner (Fee: 2,500 yen + drinks)
- Not attending
* In case of not attending, sign please the Proxy Form attached bellow and return to the secretariat by e-mail to secretary@cccij.com
