Czech Festival 2017 in Tokyo - Report & Photo Gallery
The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Tokyo, CzechTourism Tokyo and Czech Centre Tokyo organized 2nd Annual Czech Festival in Japan. Festival was held from Thursday 28th September to Sunday 1st October 2017 in the heart of Tokyo, in the premises of KITTE (near the Tokyo Station).
The aim of this event was to present to the Japanese public a cross-section of the Czech culture, traditions as well as typical Czech products. Throughout the four days of the Festival visitors has the opportunity to watch presentations of Czech traditions, listen to the dynamic Czech folk music presented by Cimbalom Band Strážničan, watched the presentations of tourism attractions in the Czech Republic and enjoyed traditional Czech goods such as beer, wine, meat loaf, cosmetics, books, toys, jewellery, Bohemia Crystal, fashion gloves or blue print textiles.
